I changed the opti and figured out that the steam pipe was hooked where the overflow can is supposed to be hooked up. It was a blast to drive, until coolant spewed out of one of the top hose of the radiator and trickled onto the opti and killed the car. After topping off the coolant, I took it out for a ride. I changed the MAF and got it idling and checked the fluids. I changed the fuel pump because it was all varnished up and I dumped the gas. When I bought it, it had sat for a long time, roughtly two years. T56 Transmission with Hurst short-shifterīrake rotors and calipers changed and lines bledĪccelerator pedal does not fully open the TB LT1 swap, ported and polished LT4 heads, 236/242 cam, 1.6:1 rockers I think the car should be capable of 500+ horsepower once it's complete, and due to the low weight, I think it might be fast, too. It drives, it's fast, but it does not drive real well. Manual windows, radio missing, No A/C, etc. ![]() The car is a T-top car and has no other options. I have a running 1992 Camaro RS with a heads/cam LT1 engine and T56 transmission bolted in.
